You’re ready to insource, but your contract is holding you back.
An IT & Security Director from a Medical Services company shares: “Our MDR was missing too much, and the noise was killing us. We were worried about the overhead of switching tools and leaving our contract early, but it was surprisingly easy to get up and running. If more people knew how painless the process of moving to Radiant actually is, they’d save themselves months of unproductive waiting.”
At Radiant, the vast majority of clients originally came from an MSSP or MDR. Every single one of them has successfully made the switch. We measure that success in 100% renewals and analyst satisfaction. That outcome comes down to three things: product, service, and commercial. This post is about the commercial part.
More about the Buy-back program
If you’d like to move from an MSSP or MDR to Radiant but still have remaining time on your contract, Radiant buys back the remaining time on your contract.
For contracts exceeding $50,000 per year, Radiant covers the remaining cost of your MSSP or MDR for the remaining months of the last year of the contract. You start paying Radiant the same amount you were paying your previous vendor, and you deploy Radiant immediately. You don’t pay twice Eligibility is straightforward:
-
- Active MSSP or MDR contract worth more than $50,000/year
-
- Ready to deploy Radiant as a full replacement
Vendors for in-sourcing teams: sub-segments in the AI SOC market
The AI SOC market has grown fast, but it’s less crowded than it looks. The AI-native SOC category breaks into three distinct segments: tools built for MSSPs, tools built for large enterprise DIY teams, and platforms built to help internal teams insource.
Vendors such as Dropzone are built to help MSSPs and MDRs improve their own SOC operations. Others, such as Legion and Mate, target enterprise teams that already have mature SOC infrastructure in place and offer DIY platforms.
